Vladislav Solodovnikov has extensive experience in determining the technical policy and directions for the technical development of pharmaceutical industry enterprises, ways of reconstruction and technical re-equipment in the conditions of existing production. From 2009 to 2016 He held the position of Deputy General Director of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "MEZ" and the position of General Director in the company "ZETA Engineering".

He led the department of the chief mechanic (OGM), the department of capital construction (OKS), the transport and economic department (THO), and also led the service of the chief power engineer (OGE).

Education: 1987-1992 Kazakh Institute of Chemical Technology.  Shymkent. Qualification engineer-mechanic, majoring in "Machines and devices of chemical production and building materials enterprises".

Additional education: 2005-2006 GOU DPO "Intersectoral Institute for Advanced Studies and Retraining of Managers and Specialists. Russian Economic Academy. G.V. Plekhanov” Specialization “Strategic management”.

Vladislav successfully passed certification at the Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision, also received certification in the direction of industrial safety and in the field of certification for “Gas distribution and gas consumption facilities”.

Vladislav Solodovnikov is a generalist. He was directly involved in the development and implementation of projects for the reconstruction of workshops in the conditions of existing production, workshops for injectable drugs in ampoules, where the reconstruction area is 3000 sq. m., led projects with the reconstruction of liquid drugs using the Blow-Fill-Seal technology (BFS), where the reconstruction area is 2000 sq.m.

He has extensive experience in the implementation of technical supervision of the safe operation of technological equipment of pharmaceutical industries, lifting mechanisms, pressure vessels, process pipelines in accordance with the requirements of relevant safety rules, their timely examination and testing. Also, there is experience in supervising the implementation of labor protection requirements, safety regulations and fire safety and experience in the development and review of projects for the development of pharmaceutical enterprises, reconstruction of production and capital construction.
